DONE READING

THE LAST SONG

Wondering why the genre is "Other"? Well it's because Nicholas Sparks said that he writes fiction not romance...but I think there's a love story here so for me it's romance/fiction.

Now about the book:
So far I think this is the best book that Mr. Sparks has made. It's full of lessons in life and a lot of people could relate on it. The story was completely beautiful. I can't get it out of my head ever since I finished the book. The ending would move people to tears. I'm sure it will. So yeah, I love it! Oh and the nicest part of this story is somehow it shows the readers that God's presence can be felt everywhere. Sometimes we feel it through the love of the people around us and even in the simplest things in life. It's awesome! 5 stars!

DEAR JOHN

I cried when reached the last part. Very touching and it gives the reader a great idea about the real meaning of love.

"What does it mean to truly love another?"

When Savannah Lynn Curtis comes into his life, John Tyree knows he is ready to turn over a new leaf. An angry rebel, he had enlisted in the army after high school, not knowing what else to do. Then, during a furlough, he meets the girl of his dreams. Savannah Lynn Curtis is attending college in North Carolina, working for Habitat for Humanity, and totally unprepared for the passionate attraction she feels for John Tyree. The attraction is mutual and quickly grows into the kind of love that leaves Savannah vowing to wait for John while he finishes his tour of duty, and John realizing that he's ready to settle down with the young woman who has captured his heart.Neither can foresee that 9/11 is about to change the world and will force John to risk every hope and dream that he's ever had.Like so many proud men and women, John must choose between love and country. And like all those left behind, Savannah must decide to wait or move on. How do we choose wisely? How can we face loss-without giving up on love? Now, when he finally returns to North Carolina, John will discover that loving Savannah will force him to make the hardest decision of his life. An extraordinary, moving story, DEAR JOHN explores the complexities of love-how it survives time and heartbreak, and how it transforms us forever.

BLUE BLOODS

I'm not really sure what's the exact genre of this book... Coz I think it has it all. haha. History, Romance, Fiction.. IT'S FANGED AND FABULOUS. :) To the max. Mixed with the dark secrets that the Blue Bloods keep, the twists, the love triangle, the touch of fame and riches. I can't get it out of my head...like, seriously. I wish Hollywood would make a movie out of this series. At first I was having trouble with the characters coz I can't imagine how they look so I searched the net and *KABOOM! I found my dream cast/characters for the book. :) Now I can't wait to read the next book.

MASQUERADE

This book is too much for me. hahaha. It's just so cool! It keeps getting better. More secrets are revealed. Who is who, family relations, bonds, real names plus new characters. Schuyler and Jack are so meant for each other. haha. But Oliver Hazard-Perry (really weird name) is in love with her best friend Schuyler. And things get a little more complicated when she turns him to her human familiar. When I finished reading this I was close to drooling (okay, eew. just exaggerating) I was "nabitin". I want MORE.. MORE.. MORE.. Haha. I can't wait to buy the next book "Revelations". I wonder what else would be revealed?

A WALK TO REMEMBER

Well what do you expect? I love the book so I love the movie too. I think it's really beautiful. Yeah that's it. It isn't 100% the same as the movie but it has the same effect on you. I watched this one evening while eating watermelon and at the end I found myself chewing and crying at the same time. Hahahaha. I always laugh whenever I remember that. Anyhoo, I love the way Mandy Moore looks in this movie. Her face just looks so..so innocent. hahahahaha. :) And I love the guy too. Argh. forgot his name. I always cry whenever I watch this. It just never gets old.
